Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

Cancellation and non-attendance policy:

If you fail to attend an appointment or cancel within 2 business days of your appointment, a cancellation fee, equivalent to the cost of the consultation or procedure booked, will be charged.

This cancellation fee will be waived if you have a medical illness that precludes you from attending your appointment and you can provide evidence in the form of a medical certificate or equivalent. Please note that a medical certificate or equivalent is mandatory in order for the cancellation fee to be waived. There will be no exception to this rule.

If you have a history of 3 or more non-attended appointments or late cancellations, then you will be required to pre-pay for your consultation or treatment on the day of booking.

Any booking fees are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 2 business days.

Late arrivals policy:

We understand that sometimes life does not go to plan and that on occasions we can all run a little late. Although, we will try to accommodate you as much as possible if you let us know that you are running late. However, in order for us not to run into another patient’s appointment time, and therefore unduly inconveniencing them, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If this is the case, a cancellation fee will apply which will be equivalent to the cost of the consultation or procedure that was booked.
